Happy Halloween 2009! Shawn is his typical Army Man, Blake is as usual Spider Man, Sidney is the Blood Princess, Jamie is a Witch and Hardy Lee is a Rubik's Cube. Lydia was a Cheerleader and stayed home with Riley, who went as a kid to old to go Trick or Treating and handed out candy. It was a bit cold up here on Halloween night, but that is MN weather for ya!
We had a great time on Halloween. We went over to Aunt Stacey's house as is our tradition and went down through this neighborhood which we referrer to as "Jackpot Lane". Shawn's new name for it yesterday was "Candy Land". Although Sidney was a bit upset her bag was not all the way to the top, I looked at her and simply said, while trying to keep a straight face "Halloween is in a recession Sid. Sorry!" She looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and went on. It did not phase her at all. We had a good time and want to say thanks to the Preators for the evening.
At least this year we had a permanent resting spot. Hardy Lee's costume came in quite handy.
